We provide successful, internationally mobile, high net worth individuals and their families with upstanding counsel and expertise on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities. We understand the global investment immigration industry is a complex and dynamic interdependent business community comprising of accomplished entrepreneurs who require access to settlement based, wealth preservation planning strategies, in a variety of international venues.

I am a founding director of the CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION RESOURCE CENTER (CCIRC) INC and I previously served as an Associate Editor of "Immigration Law Reporter"​ the preeminent immigration law publication in Canada.

I was an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Quebec and National Immigration Law Sections and is a member of the Canadian Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and I have twice appeared before Canada’s House of Commons Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration.

I am an award winning author of written editorials and commentaries on government policy regarding matters affecting global immigration and human resources industries. Since 2009, I have been a Governor of Fondation du Barreau du Québec, committed to the advancement of the legal profession.

I completed an undergraduate law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree from McGill University, majoring in Industrial Relations and economics.
