My online presence through immigration.ca was established in 1995 and is the only one-word domain in the industry. It is one of the most recognized in Canada and internationally.

We represent some of Canada's largest corporations in their immigration cross-border work permit and foreign national recruitment projects involving skilled worker professionals and executive personnel. We take great pride in our ability to provide cost efficient solutions to our network of corporate clientele, human resource managers and independent business owners.

In 2007, in response to a shift in government policy promoting employer-driven admissions of foreign workers to Canada, we acquired Global Recruiters of Montreal, an award-winning professional permanent executive employment search consulting enterprise which is part of the Global Recruiters Network of Chicago. As a licensed Certified Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P.) in Canada, we provide employment search consulting expertise that applicants and employers require.

We have also developed an expertise in the area of international residence-by-investment industry through investmentimmigration.com. We provide successful, internationally mobile, high net worth individuals and their families with upstanding counsel and expertise on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities. We understand the global investment immigration industry is a complex and dynamic interdependent business community comprising of accomplished entrepreneurs who require access to settlement based, wealth preservation planning strategies, in a variety of international venues.

I am a founding director of the CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION RESOURCE CENTER (CCIRC) INC and I previously served as an Associate Editor of "Immigration Law Reporter"​ the preeminent immigration law publication in Canada.

I was an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Quebec and National Immigration Law Sections and is a member of the Canadian Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and I have twice appeared before Canada’s House of Commons Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration.

I am an award winning author of written editorials and commentaries on government policy regarding matters affecting global immigration and human resources industries. My writings are frequently published in national print, on-line and social media. My social media personae is the highest rated in the legal industry by Klout.com.

Since 2009, I have been a Governor of Fondation du Barreau du Québec, committed to the advancement of the legal profession.

I completed an undergraduate law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree from McGill University, majoring in Industrial Relations and economics.
